After four years of asking for assistance from the original contractor, and being told everything was fine, the financially- challenged district turned to CCG. CCG found that the building's automation system was not operating properly, and replaced it with a Web-based temperature control system. Utility usage was greatly reduced, resulting in affordable bills and improved comfort. Lesson learned: The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten.
